• How to return the product?

Before returning the product, please contact our customer service consultant via GY@guanyan.club and state your request. Provide your order number and the reason for return, and attach high - definition pictures of the product. Our team will issue a return authorization and provide detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.

• Exchange service:

Unfortunately, we do not provide an exchange service at present. However, you can place a new order and follow the above - mentioned return procedures. We will process your refund immediately after receiving the returned product.

• Precautions for refund:

If the buyer chooses to return the product in accordance with the return policy, Guanyan UAV will refund the transaction price charged to the customer, excluding the original shipping fee. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process the refund within 7 days and it will be automatically returned to the original account you used for payment.

Please note that the returned item must be in its original condition for Guanyan Jewelry to process the refund. If the features or functions of the product are damaged due to the buyer's handling, resulting in a decrease in value, Guanyan UAV reserves the right to reject the refund request. To avoid your return request being rejected, please ensure that the product you want to return remains in its original condition, and all labels and packaging are intact.

• 退货包装标准：

每一件商品均要放在对应独立的凹槽内，切勿将物品随便放到一个袋子中或者随意塞入槽内。假如盒子里出现任何空白区域，请使用气泡膜包装，以避免商品移动或相互摩擦。除此之外，必须确保避免碰撞及水毁坏。假如商品在退货运输中残缺或包装毁坏导致的不能使用，你将承担相应各项费用。

• 买家需支付运费：

对需要退货的其他任何因个人原因，顾客要承担退货运费和国际性海关部门花费。这笔费用将在和我们的工作人员联系后通知您。
