Transportation policy

• Restricted countries/regions

Currently, we are unable to provide logistics and delivery services to countries or regions experiencing military conflicts.

• International freight

For international orders, we offer global logistics and transportation services. Among them, customers in the United States, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom can enjoy the free door-to-door service policy.

• Review time

After receiving your order, our in - house warehouse team will process it within 48 hours.

• Customs Duties/Freight C larification

Import duties and freight are borne by the consignee. International parcels are subject to import duties and freight, and the specific fees vary by country/region, depending on the value of your order. The calculated amount depends on the tax and transportation policies of the destination country/region.

• Tracking number

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order number. Once your order is ready to leave the warehouse, we will send the tracking number in a separate email. Please wait at least 12 hours for the tracking data to be updated, and then check the status of your parcel.

• Delayed delivery

If there is a supply delay, Guanyan will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier errors or customs clearance issues, nor do we offer refunds for such delays. Thank you for your support.

• Lost packages

For delivery or tracking issues, the simplest and quickest solution is to contact the shipping company. Sometimes, the shipper may mark the package as “delivered” too early, or they may need you to provide more information to complete the delivery.
